Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celcius. Cut puff pastry into tall triangles and separate.
Add brown sugar & chai vanilla into the bowl and mix. Sprinkle sugar/chai mixture over one side of triangles.
Add a slice of apple and pecan on the wide end of the triangle. Roll towards the pointed end of the triangle. Once enclosed, brush with egg yolk.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chai & enjoy!
