Chai Spice & Pecan Granola

Ingredients

 

2.5 cups gluten free oats

1 cup chopped pecans

1 tsp salt

3 tsp Arkadia Chai

1/2 cup Maple Syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

2 tsp vanilla bean paste

1 tsp lemon juice

The Perfect Serve
  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 150 degrees celsius

  • Step 2

    Add your dry ingredients (oats, chopped pecan, salt & chai spice) to a bowl and mix well

  • Step 3

    Add your wet ingredients (coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste and lemon juice) and stir to coat evenly

  • Step 4

    Pour and smooth out granola on a baking pan (layered is fine)

  • Step 5

    Bake at 150 degrees celsius for 40 minutes (removing from over and stirring halfway). Bake until crispy and browned!

  • Step 6

    Remove from oven and cool before serving. Enjoy!
