Frozen Chai Cream Pie



3 tsp Arkadia Vanilla Chai

2 cups of biscuit crumbs

5 tbsp of butter

1 roll (226g) of cream cheese

1 can (396ml) of condensed milk

2/3 cup thickened cream (whipped)

Macadamia nuts (for garnish)

The Perfect Serve
  • Step 1

    Rub crushed biscuits and butter together to form a crumb

  • Step 2

    Add 1 cm thick biscuit mixture to lined pie or cake tin & press down to form the base

  • Step 3

    Whip thickened cream

  • Step 4

    Add cream cheese, condensed milk, Arkadia Chai and half of whipped thickened cream into a mixing bowl. Mix well

  • Step 5

    Top biscuit mixture with creamy chai mixture. Freeze for 3 hours

  • Step 6

    Serve with whipped cream, macadamia nuts and Arkadia Chai
