Frozen Chai Cream Pie


Ingredients

  • 3 tsp Arkadia Vanilla Chai
  • 2 cups of biscuit crumbs
  • 5 tbsp of butter
  • 1 roll (226g) of cream cheese
  • 1 can (396ml) of condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup thickened cream (whipped)
  • Macadamia nuts (for garnish)

The Perfect Serve

Step 1

Rub crushed biscuits and butter together to form a crumb.

Step 2

Add 1 cm thick biscuit mixture to lined pie or cake tin & press down to form the base.

Step 3

Whip thickened cream.

Step 4

Add cream cheese, condensed milk, Arkadia Chai and half of whipped thickened cream into a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Step 5

Top biscuit mixture with creamy chai mixture. Freeze for 3 hours

Step 6

Serve with whipped cream, macadamia nuts and Arkadia Chai.
