Our Arkadia beverage collection was first created in Melbourne, St Kilda for cafes and today we remain deeply connected to the cafe beverage industry, aiming to bring taste sensation in every cup.
From small humble beginnings in 1997, a father, mother and their two sons had one simple mission - to create indulgent beverages for cafes that are alternatives to coffee. Fast forward to 2023 Arkadia is served in over 15,000 cafes, available in over 3000 retail stores and distributed to over 20 countries around the world.

Our Journey
1997
Born in the laneways of St Kilda, Melbourne, Arkadia started as a budding idea from Greg Eydlish, but was brought to life with the help of his wife Anna and two sons, Jack & Roman. Arkadia, in time, would become the hero brand of now Maltra Foods company.
2001
Maltra Foods moved to Moorabin to continue manufacturing Arkadia in different formats, to meet the ever-growing demand from the cafe community.
2007
Arkadia was introduced into Australian homes with the signature Chai Spice making its appearance in major retailers such as Coles and Woolworths.
2011
A purpose built facility was developed in Clayton to meet growing consumer demand. Maltra Foods Clayton became the launch pad for 1000s of new products.
2019
A liquid processing facility was acquired in Queensland, Australia. Maltra Foods Queensland became the home to our growing range of Arkadia smoothies, syrups, sauces and more.
2023
As we continue to grow and innovate, we are so excited to begin the build of our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pakenham, Victoria, expecting to be completed in 2024.
