Chai Spice & Pecan Granola


Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups gluten free oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp Arkadia Chai
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

The Perfect Serve

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 150 degrees celsius.

Step 2

Add your dry ingredients (oats, chopped pecan, salt & chai spice) to a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Add your wet ingredients (coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste and lemon juice) and stir to coat evenly.

Step 4

Pour and smooth out granola on a baking pan (layered is fine).

Step 5

Bake at 150 degrees celsius for 40 minutes (removing from over and stirring halfway). Bake until crispy and browned!

Step 6

Remove from oven and cool before serving. Enjoy!
