Blue Zombie Mocktail
Ingredients
DRINK:
- 20 mL Arkadia Blue Curacao Syrup
- 20 mL Arkadia Liquid Sugar
- 30 mL pineapple juice
- 10 mL lime juice
- 15 mL orange juice
- 30 mL coconut cream
Garnish
- Blueberry & coconut leather*
- Orange
The Perfect Serve
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with cubed ice
Step 2
Shake until shaker is chilled and strain into chilled glassware
Step 3
Place fruit leather onto block of ice and carefully place into glass
Step 4
Perch orange wedge to the side of cube
NOTES
* Blueberry & Coconut Leather:
Ingredients:
30g frozen blueberry
10ml water
20g sugar
3g shredded coconut
Method:
Blend blueberries, water, and sugar until smooth. Add shredded coconut and pulse to combine. Spread onto a non-stick dehydrator sheet and dehydrate at 60°C for ~6 hours, or until dry to the touch. Cool completely, then cut into strips to fit glassware. Store in a dry container.
