Iced Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha Latte Recipe
Ingredients
STRAWBERRY COLD FOAM:
- 2 pumps (15 mL) Arkadia Strawberry Syrup
- 50 mL heavy cream
- Splash of milk
MATCHA LATTE:
- 2-4 tsp Arkadia Matcha Latte (ceremonial or premium)
- 50 mL hot water
- Ice
The Perfect Serve
Step 1
To make the Strawberry Cold Foam: In a small glass, combine the Arkadia Strawberry syrup, heavy cream, and a splash of milk. Froth with a wand until thick, creamy, and still pourable.
Step 2
In a separate glass, add the cold milk and ice to form the base.
Step 3
Whisk the Arkadia Matcha with hot (not boiling) water until smooth and silky, then pour over the iced milk.
Step 4
Spoon the strawberry cold foam over the top to finish, creating a vibrant layered drink.
Tip: For a deeper pink hue in your strawberry cold foam, add a few drops of natural food colouring before frothing.
