Banana Cream Matcha Iced Latte Recipe
Ingredients
BANANA CREAM LAYER:
- 1-2 pumps Arkadia Liquid Sugar Syrup
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Dash of milk
- Pinch of salt
Matcha Latte
- 2-4 tsp Arkadia Matcha Latte (ceremonial or premium)
- 50 mL hot water
- 120 mL milk
- Ice
The Perfect Serve
Step 1
Combine all banana cream ingredients in a blender and blend for around 30 seconds, or until light, fluffy, and smooth. Avoid over-blending, as the cream may split.
Step 2
Add milk and ice to a glass to create the base.
Step 3
Whisk the Arkadia Matcha with hot (not boiling) water until smooth and frothy, then pour over the iced milk.
Step 4
Spoon the banana cream layer on top. Gently stir to combine before serving.
