Butter, Corn & Rye Cocktail
Ingredients
DRINK:
- 20 mL Arkadia Premium Syrup Butterscotch
- 35 mL rye whisky
- 15 mL nixta liqueur de elote
- 5 mL condensed milk
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 whole egg
Garnish
- Toasted salted almond
- Grated nutmeg
The Perfect Serve
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice to emulsify the egg
Step 2
Add cubed ice and shake until the shaker is chilled
Step 3
Fine strain cocktail into coupe glass
Step 4
Garnish with flaked salted almond and freshly grated nutmeg
