Field Day Cocktail
Ingredients
DRINK:
- 15 mL Arkadia Premium Syrup Strawberry
- 40 mL dry gin
- 15 mL chamomile tea infused dry vermouth*
- 10 mL sweet vermouth
- 15mL lemon juice
Garnish
- Mint sprig
- Icing sugar
The Perfect Serve
Step 1
Add all ingredients to glass, adda little crushed ice and stir with a mixing spoon
Step 2
Once glass starts to chill, add more crushed ice to top
Step 3
Garnish with mint sprig and a generous dusting of icing sugar
NOTES
* CHAMOMILE INFUSED VERMOUTH
Ingredients:
1 Arkadia chamomile tea bag
120ml dry vermouth
Method:
Combine vermouth and tea bag in airtight container. Allow to infuse at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Strain off tea bag and store in fridge.
