Funky Peach Mocktail


Ingredients

DRINK:

  • 15 mL Arkadia Premium Syrup Peach
  • 30 mL verjuice
  • 15 mL burnt orange syrup*
  • 10 mL lemon juice
  • 10 mL grapefruit juice
  • 75 mL pink grapefruit kombucha
  • 3 dashes saline**
    Garnish
    • Mint sprig
    • Icing sugar

    The Perfect Serve

    Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a glass except the kombucha

    Step 2

    Add some cubed ice and stir gently

    Step 3

    Add the kombucha and more ice if needed

    Step 4

    Garnish with basil sprig and grapefruit slice


    NOTES

    * BURNT ORANGE SYRUP:

    Ingredients:

    1 orange, quartered

    100g white sugar

    100mL water

    Pinch of salt

    Method:

    Place orange into saucepan flesh down and char all sides well. Add water to deglaze pan and then add sugar. Allow to cool completely before blitzing well in blender. Fine strain and store in fridge.

    ** SALINE SOLUTION:

    Ingredients:

    10g Salt

    100mL Hot water

    Method:

    Add salt and water together and mix until salt is dissolved. Store in airtight container.
