Iced Lavender Cold Foam Matcha Latte Recipe


Ingredients

LAVENDER COLD FOAM:

  • 2 pumps (15 mL) Arkadia Lavender Syrup (Coming soon!)
  • 50 mL heavy cream
  • Splash of milk

MATCHA LATTE:

  • 1 tsp Arkadia Matcha Pure (ceremonial or pure)
  • 50 mL hot water
  • 120 mL milk of choice
  • Ice

The Perfect Serve

Step 1

Whisk the Arkadia Matcha with hot (not boiling) water until smooth and fully dissolved.

Step 2

Add the milk and ice to a glass, then pour the matcha over to form the latte base.

Step 3

To make the Lavender Cold Foam: froth the heavy cream and Arkadia Lavender syrup until thick, creamy, and still pourable. Add a splash of milk only if needed to adjust the consistency.

Step 4

Spoon the lavender cold foam over the matcha latte. Garnish with dried lavender petals if desired, and enjoy.


Tip: For a deeper purple hue in your lavender cold foam, add a few drops of natural food colouring before frothing.
