Iced Rose Cold Foam Matcha Latte Recipe


Ingredients

ROSE COLD FOAM:

  • 2 pumps (15 mL) Arkadia Rose Syrup (Coming soon!)
  • 50 mL heavy cream
  • Splash of milk

MATCHA LATTE:

  • 1 tsp Arkadia Matcha Pure (ceremonial or pure)
  • 50 mL hot water
  • 120 mL milk of choice
  • Dried rose petals (optional for garnish)
  • Ice

      The Perfect Serve

      Step 1

      Whisk the Arkadia Matcha with hot (not boiling) water until smooth and fully dissolved.

      Step 2

      Add the milk and ice to a glass, then pour over the matcha to form the base.

      Step 3

      To make the Rose Cold Foam: froth the heavy cream and Arkadia Rose syrup until thick, creamy, and still pourable. Add a splash of milk only if needed to adjust the consistency.

      Step 4

      Spoon the rose cold foam over the matcha latte. Garnish with dried rose petals if desired, and enjoy.


      Tip: For a deeper pink hue in your rose cold foam, add a few drops of natural food colouring before frothing.
