Ingredients

DRINK:

• 30 mL Arkadia Black Tea Syrup
• 60 mL grapefruit juice
• 20 mL lemon juice
• 20 mL ginger juice
• 30 mL club soda

Garnish

• Mint sprig
• Grapefruit slice

The Perfect Serve

Step 1

Pour all ingredients into a shaker, shake vigorously

Step 2

Double strain into a highball glass

Step 3

Top with soda

Step 4

Garnish with mint and grapefruit
