Sunni Snowpea Cocktail

Ingredients

DRINK:

• 15 mL Arkadia Premium Syrup Peppermint
• 40 mL snowpea infused vodka*
• 20 mL lime juice
• 10 mL dry vermouth
• 7.5 Arkadia Liquid Sugar
• 2 cucumber disks
• 15 mL egg white

Garnish

• Peychaud bitters
• Lime disk

The Perfect Serve

Step 1

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker

Step 2

Seal and shake without ice to emulsify

Step 3

Add ice and shake until chilled

Step 4

Fine strain into chilled coupe glass

Step 5

Garnish with 3 drops peychaud bitters and a lime disk

NOTES

* SNOW PEA INFUSED VODKA:

Ingredients:

20g Fresh snow peas

120ml Vodka

Method:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Allow to infuse for approximately 30 minutes, then strain through a fine mesh strainer. Store refrigerated until ready to use.
